Quartz & Optical Glass — Ultra-Clear is a custom-manufactured Quartz Glass, produced to order at our Hangzhou workshop.
It is typically specified for Filters for IPL hair-removal & beauty devices, etc..
Standard supply: Optical ultra-clear glass, SCHOTT, Corning, AGC, quartz, etc., 0.21-2.0mm(mm).
Parts are cut to Round, square, etc., custom against your drawing.

Fused quartz and fused silica are chosen when thermal-shock resistance and deep UV transmission matter more than cost. We grind, lap and polish these substrates in-house, and can supply them with or without an anti-reflective coating.
