Description
The LP1250 longpass filter is a near-infrared long-wave element with high transmission above 95% across 1250–1600 nm and deep blocking below 1170 nm. It is widely used in NIR analysis, IR laser systems, detector protection and fiber-optic communication. The 1250–1600 nm range covers all major communication bands except U-band, making it an ideal pre-screening filter for fiber communication; in NIR spectrometers it selectively detects signals above 1250 nm while shielding visible and short-NIR interference.
