The SP490 shortpass filter is a high-performance filter designed for precise spectral separation using advanced ion-assisted hard-coating deposition, with excellent transmission and blocking depth. It provides efficient transmission across the 400–490 nm blue-green band while suppressing 530–1100 nm — suited to optical systems with the most demanding spectral purity requirements, such as qPCR fluorescence detection.
