Description
The LP870 longpass IR filter transmits infrared light beyond 870 nm while blocking visible and shorter wavelengths. It offers steep cut-on, high transmission and high background optical density versus colored-glass filters, with angle-tunable cut-on for system fine tuning. Uses include biochemical detection of fluorescence-labelled proteins and nucleic acids, spectroscopy and fluorescence measurement, infrared imaging, thermal cameras and night vision, and semiconductor material characterization.
