Description
The LP690 longpass filter transmits near-infrared light and is widely used in medical beauty, testing instruments, biometrics, medical diagnostics and environmental monitoring. By removing unwanted visible and other wavelengths, it retains the required IR spectral information and improves imaging and detection accuracy and clarity — for example in photorejuvenation and hair-removal handpieces, early diagnosis of breast and skin cancer, and iris/face recognition.
