Description

The SP1064 near-IR cut-off filter transmits light below 1064 nm and blocks or reflects longer infrared wavelengths. It is mainly used in digital cameras, phones, PC cameras, monitors and video phones: placed between the lens and the CCD/CMOS sensor, the optical glass suppresses light above the sensor's spatial frequency (reducing ripple artifacts) and blocks infrared, improving effective resolution and color fidelity for sharp, stable images.
